When you delete your Pantalla account, we permanently delete all data associated with your account. There is no separate “delete my data” step — deleting the account does it all in one go.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, username, profile picture)
- Your blocking rules, schedules, and Shield Mode settings
- Your gatekeeper relationships and friend connections
- Access requests you've sent or received
- Any authentication identifiers tied to your account (including third-party login identifiers from Apple, Google, or Facebook)
How to delete your account
- Open the Pantalla app on your iPhone
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You'll be signed out and your account will no longer exist.
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in or otherwise can't reach the in-app delete flow, send us a message using the form below from the email address on your Pantalla account. We'll process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.
Screen Time data
Pantalla uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time frameworks. Your raw Screen Time data stays on your device inside Apple's sandbox — we never receive it, so there's nothing on our end to delete.
